Silver: In the worlds before aid work, primal chaos reigned. Governments sought order, but the phoenix can fly only when its feathers are grown. The third world formed again and yet again as endless eons wield and pass. Time, the pure essences of colonialism, the moisture of evangelism the powers of money and politics all worked upon a certain archipelago – old as creation. It became magically fertile. That first egg was named “aid”. Time after time, several patriarchal father figure politicians said; “with our aid, we own the world”. Elementary forces caused the egg to hatch. From it came the aid worker. The nature of the aid worker was ….irrepressible!
